Lawn Mowing and Landscape Maintenance in Valparaiso, IN
Valparaiso lots run from narrow in town strips to open acreage, so the equipment follows the property instead of the other way around.
A weekly route here has to cover very different grass. Downtown and near the university the lawns are small and shaded under mature oaks, so the cut stays high and the mower stays out of the roots. Out on the county roads a lot can run a half acre or more with a drainage swale and a fence at the back, and that gets the wide pass first and hand work after. Clay holds water after a wet week, so a soaked lawn that would rut gets pushed a day instead of cut badly. Your lawn gets a set weekday, clean edges along walks and drives, and clippings blown off the hard surfaces before we leave. Beds along the foundation get trimmed back as part of the visit.
- Wide deck on open acreage, trimmer and hand work at gates and fences
