Lawn Mowing and Landscape Maintenance in Northwest Indiana
We mow on a set schedule so the lawn never gets away from you. Cut, trim, edge and blow off the hard surfaces every visit. Beds get kept up too if you want the whole property handled instead of just the grass.
Every Mowing visit
- Mowing on a weekly or biweekly cycle
- String trimming around beds, posts, fences and foundations
- Edging along walks and driveways
- Blowing clippings off drives, walks and patios
- Bed weeding and shrub tidy up as scheduled upkeep
- Commercial properties on contract
What we do not do
Said up front so nobody wastes a phone call.
- Fertilizer and weed control applications
- Irrigation repair
How the route works
You get a day of the week and we keep to it as close as weather lets us. Rain moves things a day, not a week.
- Same crew, same day, so nobody has to be home to let us in
- Cut height goes up in the heat and back down in fall
- Blades kept sharp so the tips do not brown out after a cut
Keeping the rest of it up
Mowing is the visible part, but beds and shrub lines are what make a property look cared for or ignored.
- Bed edges re cut so the mulch line stays sharp all season
- Weeds pulled out of beds and rock before they seed
- Overgrown shrubs trimmed back off windows and walks

Mowing questions
Do you bag the clippings?
Normally we discharge and disperse them, which feeds the lawn. If growth is heavy or you want them off, tell us and we will bag and haul.
Will you mow commercial property?
Yes. We mow residential and commercial, including properties that need a set schedule and a consistent look.
What happens when it rains on my day?
We push to the next dry day and keep the rest of the route in order. You do not lose the cut.
